PRI has just celebrated its 20th year of developing affordable housing. Whether it’s supportive housing at a Single Resident Occupancy property in downtown Atlanta, an historic renovation in the inner suburbs, a large mixed-income apartment complex or an independent living community for seniors, we are committed to improving the lives of our residents. This work is important because we know well the forbidding math – thousands of Georgians simply don’t earn enough to afford decent housing in today’s financial environment.

We carry out our mission in the context of community development and, typically, in partnership with for-profit or other non-profit organizations. We use a combination of private and public funds. As a developer, our reach extends from the inner city to the suburbs, but what makes PRI different is our ability to deliver the necessary supportive services and property management from one inter-related company. We operate in this holistic manner in order to maximize our assistance to our residents in meeting their own goals of personal and economic self-sufficiency.
