An early development of PRI and the Norsouth Corporation, Quail Village is the only rural housing project PRI developed using low-income housing tax credits and a Farmers' Home Administration low-interest loan. This small 30-unit property, newly constructed in 1994, remains as solid and attractive affordable housing for the elderly in Reidsville, Georgia.
