Lake Vista was acquired in the same transaction that brought Hunter's Grove to the portfolio in 1995, utilizing tax-exempt bonds issued by the state of Georgia. It remains the largest property in the PRI portfolio, at 224 units. We also share ownership of Lake Vista with our Washington D.C. partner, the NHP Foundation, PRI being the minority partner in a partnership that also includes the City of Warner Robins. Lake Vista, as the name implies, does indeed sit next to an attractive lake. Warner Robins is just south of Macon, Georgia, and home to one of the largest air force bases in the country.
