Today's housing choices for seniors in the Atlanta area are very limited. Available elderly-oriented rental housing is either very expensive "assisted living" facilities or HUD-subsidized apartments for very-low income people. There are virtually no suitable options for seniors who have low to moderate incomes. Huntington Court is designed to fill this gap. Norsouth, PRI and Gwinnett Housing Resource Partnership (GHRP) developed a strong partnership, with a vision to develop Huntington Court as high-quality senior living conveniently located near the Mall of Georgia in suburban Atlanta.
