We are committed to maintaining the highest quality of professional standards coupled with a deep passion for serving low- and moderate-income households. Our fidelity to our mission propels each one of our development staff to work tirelessly in the midst of complicated transactions. Though affordable housing development is filled with challenges, and despite the multi-faceted financial, construction, and political structures that we work within, our mission keeps us focused over the long-term. We are compelled to work on behalf of those with limited access to resources to offer them a higher quality of life. We also are motivated to work within the context of existing neighborhoods to help strengthen their economic and social structures. We take pride in impacting both the physical environment of the communities in which we are located, as well as the individual social needs of our tenants.

We are also committed to creating financially strong projects over the long term. One of our greatest skills is the ability to manage multi-layered financing in our developments, combining both public and private financing. We have strong relationships with many funding sources including conventional lenders, investors, HUD, the State of Georgia, city and county governments, the Federal Home Loan Bank, and private foundations. We combine these funding sources to create a financial structure that offers the most affordable rents possible while maintaining financial viability over time. Our expertise in complicated financial structuring has earned us the reputation of possessing a keen business mindset with a mission heart.
