About Us
PRI is the most prolific non-profit housing developer in the state of Georgia. Through our experience, we know that sound affordable housing development does not just mean successful completion of a project, but also maintaining a viable property for at least 15 years. As a result, we utilize a long-term perspective to analyze how our developments affect not only the individual tenants we serve, but the larger communities in which we work. This framework shapes our analysis of design, scope of work for construction or rehabilitation, choice of construction materials and the sources of financing, all to create developments that perform well over time.
