Preparing For The Long-Term

PRISM Realty Management was created by PRI and uses an asset/portfolio management approach to running its corporate and property operations. This approach is grounded in the conviction that both regulatory compliance and resident servcies should be closely integrated into the "nuts and bolts" of conventional property management while also keeping a focus on long term sustainability and profitability of the real estate asset. We do this not only to assist our residents in reaching their own potential but also in order to maintain value in our communities. PRI created the subsidiary, PRISM Realty Management, Inc in 2003 to retain maximum control of that vision.

The management philosophy of PRISM is simply:

• Good property management is designed to maximize the desired fiscal, social, and physical returns through the implementation of well-researched strategies.
• Good asset management involves the acquisition and administration of real estate in a manner that meets the owner's goals and objectives over the life of the investment.
• Good compliance monitoring insures the integrity of the mission and safeguards the financial commitment of the partners, investors and lenders.
